4 day weekend for me and i only worked out 1 time. Took advantage of the time off with my family and relaxed. My old bones needed it. Bout to fire back up and kill the next 2 weeks until my trip. Already planning my strategy for the rest of 2022. Without a plan i always fall on my face. Goals adjusted and sights set on a better me.
