Happy SundayFunday!!! The thought for today is focusing on our problems is addictive and usually not helpful. Break the cycle and instead focus on your joys and watch your life change for the better. The workout today was 40 minutes of cardio on the glider with pull-up assist bands for resistance and then a full body band workout with 2,000 banded split leg squats on each side, a total of 2,000 banded chest flys and chest presses a total of 2,000 banded back upper, middle and lower, a total of 1,500 banded shoulders front, side and rear and 250 banded triceps and biceps. Then 15 minutes in the sauna.

Well..i started to do legs this morning and on the servings set of my single leg presses, i tweaked a muscle in the back of my upper hams, that attatch to my backside. I tried to push through, but it wasn't having it! Going to ice, massage and add heat to it then try again later. 🙏♥️

Before I did my May eye surgery, i was averaging 10 Million LBs per month. Then the DVTs hit me in June and I have been told not to workout and lift. Well I am mid-way through August almost and surpassed 1 Million LBs and have done 30 hrs of cardio. I respect my Drs but since they couldn't believe I am still living, I know being in great shape and health had to help. Can't forget thanks to God most of all.
