This was not the best effort in terms of tracking rest, but the weights lifted were pushed on Squats and Deads. Tracking well for the same stength gains as other body groups though. Rest tomorrow comes at the right time after a busy few days. I will return and crush the remainder of this phase on Thursday! Be well friends.
