I typically require 3.7 liters of water a day. However, with it being extreme heat I've been working on drinking more. I live in the mountains and am getting ready for the winter season that's ahead. Most of this involves clearing the land and cutting wood, to include the trees that didn't survive the past couple of years. The landscaping is hard work though I'm loving the results and looking forward to seeing more to follow. I'm running at a nine minute mile taking it easy and I'm taking hot baths to cool myself down and help with the blood pressure. Even with a chainsaw, cutting wood adds up. And moving rocks and boulders to clear out the area brings me back to the weights to make sure I stretch out properly. It truly is a way of life that I love. Fitness has 4 components that I regard; The work, nutrition, rest, and stretching for more.
