What a busy day. I started my workout at 5AM, stopped at 6:30, got the kids ready for school, started back to back meetings at work, did 30 min of leftover bench press during lunch. Returned to work. My project proposal... still a proposal, Im pulled with consults thru 4. Had dinner at 6 pm and boys are now in bed. Im only left with 6 sets of military press. This is the most staggered I've done. Glad that I have the option. My son is doing a reading at school in front of other grades. I let him practice and he sounded really good. I ask my wife to video, too bad Im presenting at the dept mtg tomorrow. Looks like they're sound asleep, I should get right to lifting.

To stopping on someone post, picture for few words don't make me more rich, more famous or more fit... Contrary it take frme to give to you.. RELEASE THE DISTRACTIONS THAT ARE HOLDING YOU BACK & FOCUS ON ONE THING ONLY: GETTING IT DONE. We all have things going on that distract us, that eat up our time. Keep that transformation spark and keep on doing your amazing workouts and shares! UPDATE: Hubby, our daughter and I went to the YMCA and attended a 1-hour Yoga class. Then we changed into our swimsuits and each selected a swim lane and swam laps, HIIT style. Slow was floating, medium pace, side stroke, fast we swam either free style or backstroke for 30-minutes.

One week post surgry. Rotator cuff tear and had to reattach my bicep and fix my labrum at both ends. Can wait to get back at it.
