Well…… i kinda failed. I mean i went to 115lb dumbbells vs 120s so that counts right??? I cant help myself my warmups are 75lb dumbbells then a set of 90s so anything in that range to me is…. Well, boring… but ive got a solid big frame i need to do the whole “bodybuilding” type workouts….. tomorrow i will…… i promise!

Push day: Seated Hammer Press with DB Tomb Press Seated Hammer Shoulder Press with Upright Rows Tricep Pushdowns Standing Tricep Extensions Srated Chest Press with DB Raises Kneeling Cable Crunches Planks Still holding the same weight.
