Threw the football with my youngest son yesterday after work. Took my dog for a walk followed up with a modified full body workout, abs and cardio lower weight higher reps didn't do legs this morning

Thursday Full body:TRX(x3 ea) Inchworm to push up x10(not TRX!)💪 TRX Lat lungex10ea Chest press/flyx10 Good morning x10 Face pullx10 Squatx10 Rowx10 Arms oh split squat x10 “Y”raise Side bendx10ea “I” raise x10 SLDLx10ea Push upx10 Seated leg press 3x10 My hammies are super tight.. balance was an issue on the single leg stuff.. even with the TRX! Been living on caffeine, stress and protein shakes the last few weeks - lifting weights in this state is a recipe for injury but I needed to do something while I could.. The way I see it, TRX is only as hard as you make it but injury risk is minimal!
