30 min recovery run, Got out before the sun started peaking. It was a comfortable 85 degrees😅🤣😂, the crazy things ppl who live in Arizona say, we also think that going in the pool in under 90degrees is for the looney ppl, 100 degrees is pool weather🤔🤷🏾‍♂️🤣🤣 stayed in zone 2 most of the time, now to train and recover
