Good Morning and Happy Tuesday! Pet peeve-I go to gym early-5AM, mostly because it is not crowded. However, I have noticed people who insist in doing their bicep curls or shoulder exercises directly in front of the dumbbell rack. The absence of common courtesy is astonishing! What possible reason could you have, when the gym is practically empty, to complete a set directly in front of the dumbbell rack? Ok, rant complete. Enjoy your day!!

Sorry I haven't been on in a while and I've been doing no workouts but for the past week I've been sick and not and not even able to go to work so I should be back at the gym soon I have a doctor's appointment with urgent Care on Wednesday at 3:45 in the afternoon and hopefully everything comes out good

I tried a new Bis and Tris workout ... Loved it! I decided to workout from home, so I had to improvise with bands, kettlebells, and what little weights I have. Got a great tricep burn with the bands ... And a good pump with the barbells. Overall ... This one's a keeper! ➡️ I did three sets of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression (I've got to catch up ... I'm way behind). BTW ... LOVING the Tokyo🇯🇵🗼 Olympics ... Go USA!🇺🇲 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID....
