A quick Chest and Back Day at the gym! I didn't push heavy weight ... Just enough for a pump! ➡️ I did two sets of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression (Still catching up ... I'm way behind). I love the Tokyo🇯🇵🗼 Olympics ... Digging competition! ... Go USA!🇺🇲 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID....
