Still at it….just shifting focus to Jiu Jitsu right now:) Didn’t do too bad tonight, cardio is coming back and starting to remember moves. Coach said its like riding a bike but its more like riding a uni-cycle….lol

I went balls to the wall on deadlifts today, but i couldnt give myself a 9/10 rating for the workout. I took waaaaay to **** long and had to cut the workout short with bb and db rows left. #lessonlearned
