Well I went to the doctor today everything came out good it's just an upper respiratory infection I'm cleared to go back to work I should be back at the gym tomorrow morning

My puppy brain strikes again. Talking with one of the guys i roll with in jujitsu. Said i need to take it easy tonight. I have an RPE 10 on deadlifts tomorrow. I need to stay away from the red zone tonight. Yep that didn't happen. Started working with a purple belt I like to drill with and that ended the "take it easy" plan.

Ok, false alarm. I was able to get my Bodyspace back. Deleted the app & re-downloaded it. It's functional again. It stopped working for me last night & I've been mad about it all day. 😂 Just finished a good core workout, & fortunately I once again have someone to tell about it.

Happy hump day! Coz today's as hard as turtle shell (not hump back, oh never mind) It was a heavy set and I'm glad to have finished and I feel sore. At least tomorrow's a nice break then I'll hit light. Today's busy day at work. I've picked up a lot of user errors, delegated and corrected them. My family went out to the bay and I realized they've been gone after 2 hours passed and the house was completely silent. At end of the day, I've solve a lot of other people's problems, a lot of company problems and I looked at my own to do and I was nowhere near to scratching any of my own projects. Before, I'd get easily depressed over this. But today, I get to reflect on this busyness. Other people's needs are important, if I were only focus on my own, I would've missed the joy of helping others, understanding the limitations of humans- we need each other. I need help too, I couldn't do things all on my own. There's no way I could have progressed on my own. But I also need to take my priorities seriously. I can't just please everyone and do everything for everyone. I need to carve those moments to take care of my needs and purpose. Everything has its own time, place, priority and I need to honor and savor those to find fulfillment in life. Besides, my savior already carried the burden of this world, I don't have to carry all my worries and cares.🙏
