Not my best workout today. Shoulder is acting up. Gotta play it smart and back the weight down and just going to do high reps for a few weeks. Better to be safe than sorry

Goodmorning, It's Humpday. Yesterday I went out to do some errands, I'm glad I did because my 3 guys came home under weather. One had an attitude LoL, the other had a runny nose, one had a sore throat with chills smh so that left me taking care of all of them while I'm running around here sneezing every 5 seconds myself. Now that they're pretty well and out the door, the plan today is to go around the house & do a super disinfecting wipe down plus laundry... Afterwards, I'm going to put on my SaunaSuit and jump on the Treadmill and run the crap out of my body so I can "sweat out" whatever it is that's going on in me, take a hot shower, put on my jammies and finish my day wrapped up in my pink blanket Ha! No Excuses here... Just Shake It Off! Later💋
