4 am chest, back and abs: stretching, 60 crunches, Rom deadlift 3x6 10kg, 5x15,12,8,5,3 bb incl bench press (8,5, 9,5, 10, 12, 15kg) + cable pull dwns (27,2, 34, 40,8, 47,6, 54,4kg), bb bench press 4x12,12,8,6 (10, 10, 13,5, 15kg) + cable pull dwns 4x20 34kg, db flyes 4x28 meth 7kg + bent over db row 4x12 7kg, 4x10's push ups + cable pull dwns 34kg, 5x15's straight arm db pullover 4kg + push ups + db flyes 7kg, 3x1 min plank + 2x20 knee/hip raise on par bar + 50 crunches + 30 seated leg tucks + 100 stick twists + 3x10x10x10 ball squeezes, stretching = 8 613,1 kg.

Thursday and rest day so a simple spin session hit the mark 🙃🚴‍♀️. Off for an evening out which I’m kind of looking forward to - theatre visit; a modern musical 🎤👌…I know I live a blessed life 🙏.
