Good morning fitfam!!!! Well last day of the work week for me, good friday holiday tomorrow. Kind of melancholy, no family dinner this easter so i wont be seeing all of my kids. So its work and the garage gym for me today!! Make a difference today my friends!

My friend asked if I could go through an energising routine with them this morning. So we completed a plyometric workout through a video call. I always enjoy a high impact workout to challenge my fast-twitch fibres, coordination and agility while elevating my heart rate and ignite a good hot burn. Tweaked some exercises for myself to spice up the routine and advance my athleticism. Even though we now have our own home gyms, you do not realise how much you appreciate public gyms until they are taken away from you. A refreshing realisation that I appreciate so much.
