We walked the river walk again today. It was a gorgeous overcast breezy morning! We walked the blue bridge four times and ended up with just over three miles. Great way to start my morning.

Fuel before (yet aanother) long bike ride. Veggie egg white omelette, with avocado drizzled with balsamic. 😁👍🏻 Pity those who always depending on eating out and never cooked at home...probabably, a struggle in the kitchen for many now. 🤪😁💪💪.
