Farmers Walk, my stepper and treadmill time, first element of a basic reset from an off week due to business travel. Half mile, 70 pound bars. This venue is the original planet fitness, God’s Great Outdoor Gym. Next in rebooting protocol: leg press, platform straight leg deadlifts, calf presses on leg press machine, cable one leg kickbacks. This is my reset drill.
