Chest and ab workout today. I started with 100 pushups 4 sets of 25. 64 dips. 6 sets. Decline pushups 3 x 15. 3 sets of ab wheel.

Good afternoon! Today I am sore from yesterday's workout so I did some cardio with handweights this morning. Also I have gone on walk #1 with my youngest today. She received a new bike yesterday, and now my oldest just received her bike today. We are going to be busy riding bikes, which is what I am planning on to get us through the isolating. Anyway, hope everyone has a great day! I am trying to find something fun or funny in my life every day to pull me through. ❤🤗
