Ok Fitfam....I am officially spent! 🥵 45min plyometric workout plus that challenge workout earlier plus rearranging my gym so I could move that big, heavy *** couch behind me, which has a hide-a-bed, into it...by myself from another room of my house....yeah I'm tired! 🥱
