Dont let this fool you! I do atleast 3 rounds/3min each of jump rope, 10 minute core workouts(CHLOE TING ON YOUTUBE IM TELLING YOU GET WITH IT) and 30 minute stretching EVERY SINGLE DAY! Lets repeat that EVERY SINGLE DAY. Thats not including the workouts I do at the gym and when I go run sprints through out the week. And just a reminder if you didnt know I had 3 MAJOR KNEE SURGERIES playing D1 football in college. Thats 2 years of rehab before i was 25.(I’ll be 32 this year) There is literally no ****** excuse. I have a buddy that has 1 leg from a motorcycle accident and he hikes and works out every single day in that painful prosthetic or in crutches. My pops had C1-C7 Back vertibraes REMOVED. Looks like frankenstein with all those **** scars AND HE STILL WORKS OUT EVERDAY IN HIS 50s. If yall have any type of back pain of get injured frequently get flexible and start stretching. I did Ballet in highschool and college the only injuries ive ever had were my knee surgeries.
