Hey everyone! Been awhile since i posted. But not bc ive been slacking. Got back into Martial arts and have been taking BJJ 3 times a week while also gettinf back into Karate, which i havent done in 10 years. Still doing as much in the gym. Just a different type of work now, gettinf back inro a lean, mean fighting machine.
