Whats good fit fam, Happy Tuesday! Horray for leg day (not really). Started with some yardwork to warm-up. Followed by Jims show time leg routine. Ended with boxing 4 rounds and 10 min abs. Best moment was when the homie calls during workout and is confussed by hearing country music in the background. Haha, What can I say, you can take the man out of Texas but you cant take Texas out of the man! Stay safe, blessed, and motivated. Much Love everyone

I sure need to get back with a trainer. At least get a program put together so I can start making progress. I have two that I'll be reaching out too this week. I'm sure they will be happy to compete for my business.
