Taking some time off, a couple of days or so. Right hip is out of wack more than expected. Need some rest and flexibility and massage gun and ice and…just need to chill lol 😊 Keep up the great work fitfam!

Took a mental health day and hit the gym this morning for a quad day smashing with some calves added in. This one had barbell and hack squats! Needless to say the sweat was pouring. 💦💦

6 rounds 5 exercises for 10 reps! Got a mini sweat my goal is movement everyday! Poll for those that work midnight shift thoughts on working out at end of shift (7am for me) or go home sleep then wake up and squeeze it in…what do you prefer?
