8:30 am arms & shoulders: stretching, 60 crunches, 4x12's bb shoulder press combo 4,5kg + seated lat raise db 7kg + db lying rear lat raise 5 count meth 5kg, 4x10's front 2 db raise 8kg (run rack on last set) + reverse flyes 1/4 rep meth 7kg, 4x28 meth bb curl 4,5kg + 4x10 triceps pushdown 20,4kg, 4x12's preacher curl 9kg + lying triceps press 9kg + reverse bb preacher curls 4,5kg, 4x10's concentration curls 4kg + triceps extension pause 2 sec bottom each rep 20,4kg, 3x12's seated palms down + up bb wrist curl 4,5kg, stretching. Had high hopes for my 2 km walk, but alas...just when I was ready...power outage again. I'll have to adjust my training schedule according to the outages once we've moved... Always be ready with plan B guys, but get the job done! Happy Wednesday :-D
