Week 2, day 8, Back, rear delts, arms, traps, and neck today. Overall a good workout. Come Friday last week I was pretty much dead. Still trying to get my sleeping schedule back in check. Woirking on trying to get my workouts done as soon as I get out of work instead of waiting a bit.
