Morning FitFam. Bodyweight, bands and kettlebell this morning with a leg focus. Side lunge-reverse lunge squat flow (bodysquat in between each movement) 4x5. Single leg kang squat with bands (single leg deadlift into Bulgarian split squat) 4x10. Sumo squat+abductor pull-in with bands 4x15. Standing one leg adductor pull 4x12. Lying single leg hamstring curl 4x15. Goblet squat with KB 4x15. Straight legged deadlift with KB 4x25. Single leg standing calf raise with KB 4x20. Cocoon crunches 4x20. Lying leg raises 4x20. Hope everyone is having a safe, healthy and happy weekend:)
