Day 2 on 1300 calories and I think tomorrow I will be trying to do some high volume low cal eating because I was pretty hungry today. ☹ I think 1300 might be too low. I might bump it up to 1500 for slower loss. Just figuring this out. I have tracked calories for years, but have never actually been this strict with myself.
