Gym was deeeaad tonight. So was my energy but threw together a decent back and arms workout. And of course, stopped to get beer on the way back. Its called balance and we need more of it in our lives. Beer I mean, more beer please.

Each visit to the gym gets better and better! They keep the place really clean, gym goers wipe the weights and re-rack. I'm noticing than im back I have so so so much self work to do. It most definitely will be ongoing attempts to reach set goals.
