Brutal leg session today, high intensity, heavy weights and a lot of sets. 33 sets for legs in one hour. The legs have just been throbbing all day. Throw in a 5km walk just for good measure and that is a lot of active minutes and a good amount of calories.. By 11pm here are todays numbers …. Tomorrow is back, triceps and core 😀😎
