I hit legs this morning with my neon yellow fuzzy socks & my crazy frizzed hot tub hair. 🤪 I was really struggling, probably a lack of energy from fasting for my tests yesterday. Catching up on calories this afternoon.

Finally get to start lifting again. Chiropractor wants a cortisone shot in the shoulder 😬. Today I started with Arriosti and taping as they want to rotate my shoulder backward. It’s putting a lot of strain on 2 of the tendons. The bone spur is on edge of AC joint. Basically he said I can still lift but no more dips, bench, wide push-ups and then let pain tell the rest.

Things are looking up. My shoulder tolerated 245x4 with 5 backoffs. And it is 17:08 and its still bright out. Days are getting longer.
