Been playing around with my workout split and think I've decided on Pull/Push/Legs on a 5 day split. 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off where everything gets hit every 4th day. Seems the best for progress and recovery. Keep up the amazing work Fit Fam!! Y'all are all so inspirational 💪😁
