Almost didnt get out of bed, but had an okay Friday AM lift. Hit the elliptical for 15 minutes Core: sit ups, bicycle, planks Bicepts: wide grip, close grip, reverse curl. - 4x25 Tricepts: skull crushers - 4x25 15 minute cool down walk. I am feeling a little doughy. Trying to get rid if this extra weight.

A superb sesh... pretty empty gym again... managed 75kg/165lbs rack pulls a pb and 65kg/143lbs barbell row! a pb Boom. Got carried away on the long bar row 50kg/110lbs had an audience so had to do it lol.... now home, food and finish work... Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
