Good morning! ❤ These past few days have made my body object to all the good food. I made this cake yesterday for my daughters birthday (she turned 13) and we went out to eat at an Italian restaurant. I am now cutting out sweets, treats, chips and alcohol until Christmas for my detox. I have kept up with my workouts. Yesterday was dumbbell work (Dirty 30 -day 20) And I also did some weighted cardio. Today will be day 21 of the 21 Day Fix. Yahoo! It is yoga and some added cardio today. I may continue with 21 Day Fix Extreme next. This program has been great for my core and abs. I have a 3 month subscription to Beachbody On Demand, so I should use it! Have a great day! No more cake for me! 🎂
