I am not even going hard quite yet. It's been a few months and I need to get all these parts used to movin again. I've cleaned up my diet dramatically this week. I even ate vegetables. Can you believe that? After I finish this week, I'll weigh myself and start a "zero" week. I'm so afraid to see THAT number. Hahaha! Stay strong, fit fam. You know I'm tryin.
