I had to watch some Jujimufu videos to get pumped up to lift tonight. I skipped cardio and just put on his channel on the speakers in my garage. As I'm doing rear lateral raises all I hear is "oh man...all I had to eat this morning was oatmeal with protein in it.....and a can of sardines. That's probably why I'm doing so ******." LMAO.
