Ok, so my quads are not like the rest here. LOL Making some serious changes and one is to get serious with the quads. If I only knew all this in my earlier years, but never too late, right? Folks, do not wait until senior citizen hood. Was afraid of leg extensions, my knees said. Got that figured out now, less range of motion and constant tension. Stuff like that. My diet change is a behavioral one. Old habits, etc. I am getting some good advice along the way, and always appreciated.
