It’s wild. People that I haven’t heard from in years are contacting me to check in. Catching up with old friends, even some old lovers. I’m kind of glad I kept a couple old email addresses. I’m also happy to hear that everyone is doing well. It’s wild to know that there are people who genuinely care about you even if you have’t spoken in years. I think, whenever things are safe again, I may take a vacation and visit everyone. From, “how are you” to those making amends for past mistakes, to those “Everything alright over there” messages. Feeling loved after years of not being loved is nice. Also, my workouts are always waaay more intense at home. And I am seeing more progress.

People need to be informed..I hope this post goes through.. please share. I’m living proof, this is NOT an exaggeration. ASK if anyone has tested positive and ASK if anyone that has been exposed is currently working.. it’s your right to know and to protect yourself and family and friends.
