Vids on IG... Raw bench press... 255 x 1 225 x 1 185 x 3 135 x 5 Still taking raw bench slow due to the right pec injury, today felt good. Heavy bench band press w/ 90 lbs chains... 565 x 1 525 x 1 495 x 1 455 x 1 405 x 1 365 x 1 315 x 3 Close grip bench band press w/ 90 lbs chains... 405 x 5 x 2 405 x 3. Just didn't have enough left to finish 5 reps on the last set. Finished with some laterals... 35's x 15 25's x 15
