Started going stir crazy from sitting still. Since the feeling returned to my left toes & my foot stopped hurting so badly, I hopped on the spin bike. Low tension so I don't aggravate the hamstring issue. I know I sound like I'm falling apart, but I'm good. 😁👍🏼 This is the story of my life. Always something weird & mildly annoying going on. And I always get it sorted out & press on.

So I’ve been struggling a bit with my weight loss journey I think it’s a bit of everything…stress from life lol …. My meals …. and my workouts …. So I reached out to a friend a mine who used to compete in body building and now is a personal trainer as well as a nutritionist. I started her meal plan this past week and already dropped my weight (hence why I had weigh in today). Tomorrow I start her workout plan but will now be weighing in every Sunday and taking my measurements. I’ve changed my goal to a number that we both think would look great for me based on my height and hourglass shape. The closer I get to that number I will see if I want to continue to lose or just start toning. This mama doesn’t want to be skinny but look toned. I’m looking to lose 42 lbs and see how I would like to proceed from there. I want to lose this by December and bring in the new year a whole new woman. 🔥 🥰 I’ll keep posting my daily’s gotta update my Fitfam ❤️ 🤗 have a great night
