Cheers🍻 from Benny! A quick update ... He's doing well, but still delicate. His strength to stand and walk (with the help of a walker) has improved greatly and so far ... He is beating the odds! If course, we still closely monitor his blood pressure and pulse rate. But he lights up when company stops by ... For a drink!🥂 Check out the quads .... Taken on Sunday during chest day, three days after my monumental legs day! I love seeing striations (especially on me!) ... So these photos are special! 💪 ➡️I attempted a Delts night ... Just wasn't feeling it. But, hey! You can see the Sierra Nevadas in the distance at sunset! ➡️I did my set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. Tomorrow ... California opens up ... But ... People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK!
