Currently 18 weeks out from the Powerhouse Classic. My trainer is happy with my progress. Today's leg session wasn't a good one but, I'll bounce back. I'm looking to redeem myself in my 17 week out leg session. Diet is hard but, I'm sticking to it. Cardio is long but necessary.
