Feeling defeated in this weightloss comp at work. Not because I’m not trying I am on track to my goal weight. The problem is when after the first weigh in someone loses 31lbs in 29 days! Not saying it can’t be done but over a pound a day and to not show any physical change in appearance is very doubtful. This person claims they can lose 2.5 lbs a day easily if so why not start a fitness youtube channel and start making money for yourself. I’d buy the program with those kind of results just saying.

Im back. Doc. Give me medication for my insomnia. Never take one of them again. Slept the last 2 days. Felt a lot better before. Do not like taking medication.
