So I have been alternating my fitness program for a couple of years now. When i started working out i got the normal pains but it never went away. In fact it only got worse. I went to my doctor and he diagnosed it as muscle fatigue. I tried not working out for a ehile but it's only gotten worse. Ive been able to gain some mass, but whenever i yry to work out it just keeps getting worse again. I feel like my body just won't recover. I have amount of money so o can't afford supplements or a lot of foods. I can only guess it's malnutrition and old age. I don't know..
