Romped in to the iron kingdom with Dire Straites... Skateaway!! Worked out in total darkness just using instinct and muscle. Towards the end candles started flickering and “Brothers in Arms” filled the kingdom with a euphoric air creating an out of body experience. Mind Blowing BB Bench Press 4 sets x 4 reps x 40kg (PB). Lat Pulldown 4 sets x 12 reps x 9kg Y-T-L 4 sets x 15 reps x 3kg. Cable Bayesian Curls 3 sets x 20 reps x 3 .5 kg Step Up (Alt) 45’s x 5 sets Bench Dips 45’s x 5 sets Walk out (inchworm) 45’s High Plank with shoulder tap 45’s x 5 sets All 45’s treated as circuit
