OMG!! It felt so good to go hit machines & heavier weights. Yes I’m going to be hurting for a few days but definitely needed this. My goal of competing in my first figure competition this July maybe put on hold due to neck & shoulder. I’m getting a mix of cortisone and laticain shots on Thurs so I hit pretty hard today. Thankful that my body retains its muscle and size even though I can’t hit very often at the gym. Yes I do my Camp Gladiator workouts 1-2 times per week and run to keep up. Here’s to being 41 🙌🏼
