Seems like the water weight is making the scale go up and down by 3 pounds gonna bulk to be solid 187 because right now I’m 190 183 it’s frustrating about bulk to stay solid over 187 got weight gainer pro bulk let’s up the calories and see what happens in two weeks I’ll update in exactly 2 weeks I’m confident I can do it
