GOOD QUALITY & QUANTITY OF SLEEP IS IMPORTANT! Hi friends! Let’s all wok on getting 7-9 hours of sleep at night. That’s when your body heals and makes muscles. I typically get 7 hours. Today I slept 9-hours. How about you? UPDATE: Hubby and I were into our 35-minute bike ride when once again I had a flat. Fortunately no blowout or fall down occurred. It was a slow leak. What an invigorating & challenging ride! The good news is I scored my 3rd fastest 3-5 mile ride!

Thursday DB 4 chest day, #4, old-school, out-of-vogue, “get no respect” pullovers. The “plan” is to pop out or fill up my pullovers (shirts etc) by going basic (only machines I will include my cable crossover and pec deck) by adding pull overs. You can see I am an exceptionally shallow old man whose only life goal is to “get” a bigger chest. LOL. 60#, reps 20-15-15-15-15 = 80 or 4,800#
