Eggs and tuna have become my go to breakfast . Good amount of protien to fill in the day. Cant beat it, since i have my protien shake after my work out. It seems pretty light and filling.

I’ve noticed that there are a lot of new fitness Apps lately. I applaud those who are savvy enough to make an app and market it. I’ve tried about 5 new apps. I must say that although some are very good and track all kinds of workouts, they just don’t offer all that we have on Body Space. I love you Fitfam!💪🏾❤️
