Rest day very much needed yesterday and enjoyed, tiny bike ride, light stretching etc, meal prep ready for the week. This morning was meant to be chest and triceps, i knew i had a bad night sleep but when my alarm went off at 5.30 i felt very rough so back to sleep i went. Ive got time off work this week though so plenty of time to make it up!
