legs done today, leg press same weight as last week but manged 1r more with a bit off screming lol = 14 reps leg curl 9p for 10 ish reps (cable has stretched so had to tighten it up untill the new cable arives ) as it had no slack in cable it was little bit harder as why i had to drop a plate, seated calf raises(drop set) going well 95kg 13r 75kg 13r and 55kg for 14 reps
